There's some great events for children, youth and families this February!
This half-term includes the start of lent with Shrove Tuesday (or Pancake Day!) on the 17th February.
Ages 8-12 are invited to a Pancake Breakfast and Teenagers are invited to a Pancake Brunch. Make sure you book your place to attend!
Then on Wednesday 2-4pm and Friday 10am-12pm, we have activities, games and toys alongside Beacon Cafe - so you can also grab some refreshments! Especially if this wet weather continues, its a great opportunity to get out for a change of scene. And it's free and you don't need to book!
And then a date in your calendar for the end of February (28th) is Wings of Hope - MAF fun day. Sit in the pilot's seat of a real Cessna 150 aircraft and try your hand at landing an MAF plane on the flight simulator. We are thrilled to be hosting this fun day to share more about MAF's work. Come for some plane related fun, games, crafts and refreshments. All are welcome, Ideal for all ages, with or without kids!
